This letter is to commend you on one of the attorneys in your law practice, Mr. Britt Booth. He was my counselor for the recent hearing regarding the time which my disability began. I will never understand how an individual can make it through something like that hearing without the assistance of some one like Mr. Booth.
He was obviously well prepared for my case and had done his homework as shown by his game plan. It was evident from the start that I could not have understood the legal jargon and speed at which it was exchanged between the judge and my attorney.
Mr. Booth is a very likable and friendly individual. I must admit I was nervous about the Hearing but within the first 30 seconds my concerns had vanished. I was a bit shocked when Mr. Booth gave a sheet containing the “do’s and don’ts of a hearing” which said it was a casual affair and the Judge showed up in a Judge’s robe (I would have liked to have known that ahead of time). But it became evident that it was to show who was in charge.
When I worked at …… for 25 years I had to hire many individuals and I am sure this is true in your position. Well, you made a great choice in hiring Mr. Booth. He is one of those special people who can converse with a professional, like me, or a field hand and make both feel totally at ease and produce the same results for both. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with Mr. Booth and congratulate you on having a person of his caliber associated with your law firm.

Mr. Booth – Words cannot express how thankful I am for you walking me through one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make. Thanks for the assurance…
